Micro Fresh Fileters Catalyst Warranty

Limited Warranty for Catalytic Converters and Catalyzed Mufflers.

Micro Fresh Filters Pty. Ltd. warrants to the original purchaser that the product manufactured by Micro Fresh Filters Pty. Ltd. shall not be defective in material and/or workmanship for the period of twelve (12) months from original invoice date, or 2000 hours of operation, whichever occurs first.

Micro Fresh Filters Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to inspect service record sheets for evidence of regular maintenance of both the engine/equipment and catalyst. Micro Fresh Filters Pty. Ltd. does not guarantee emission reduction levels.

Warranty Claims are limited to the value of the goods supplied. We reserve the right to repair or replace at our option the defective part, or credit the sales price.

This warranty is only given to the original purchaser of the goods and is void if the goods have been:

• Damaged by negligence or accident after purchase.
• Poisoning of catalyst by lubricating oil or fuel compounds. Poisons include, but are not limited to: Sodium, Lead, Arsenic, Phosphorous, Mercury, Antimony, Zinc, Copper, Tin, Nickel, Iron and Chrome.
• Used other than for the purpose for which they are intended to be used or not used in accordance with any operating instructions supplied with the goods.
• Adapted or repaired other than by the vendor or an approved service centre.
• Added on to or used with other goods which may affect the integrity, performance, safety or reliability of these goods.

This warranty is given in place of all other warranties and assurances, whether express or implied, including but not limited to matters of quality, catalyst performance, fitness for purpose of merchantability and Micro Fresh Filters Pty. Ltd. accepts no liability, under any circumstances whatsoever, for any consequential damage or loss suffered by anyone as a result of using or being unable to use the product.
