MIS - Intake Silencers

A combination of a compact filter and absorptive silencer.

A range of silencers is offered to attenuate the main source of noise in blowers, vacuum pumps and compressors. The main source of noise can usually be traced to the air intake and the exhaust.

Various Intake Silencer options for filter media are available to meet all efficiency requirements.

Normally acceptable inlet silencer pressure drop is in the range of 8 to 10 inches water gauge. All Microfresh inlet silencers will meet this criteria if properly sized to the air capacity.
